Registration and ordering process

Orders can only be placed with us with a customer account.

No, we do not have a minimum order value.

There is a minimum order quantity for some items.

 

Payment and shipping

Accepted payment methods:

  • Payment by Moneyorder / Transfer
  • Payment with PayPal
  • Payment with Klarna (Instant Bank Transfer, Direct Debit, Credit Card, Invoice and Hire Purchase)

Shipping costs vary depending on weight and country. You can find an overview here: Delivery & Payment Terms

 

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 5-10 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 10-15 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

The delivery takes place with Deutsche Post / DHL, DPD, UPS (only for diving tanks) or personal collection.

 

Yes, by prior appointment.

 

 

Return of articles

You can cancel your order by simply making use of your legal revocation (14 days).

But please note: Articles that are made individually according to your wishes are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

One Email to widerruf@dtr-shop.de is enough and then you send it back to us by post. Here you can download the Sample Cancellation
and then send it to the following address: DTR-Shop, Andreas Gehnen, Reinholdstr. 6, 47137 Duisburg.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
